Special Recruitment: Volunteers for the 10th Shanghai Biennale(for exhibition preparations)

Recruitment Number: 50
Service Time: 1st November to 22nd November, 2014. The work is arranged according to your free time.
Responsibility: reception of artists, on-site translation and coordination during the period of exhibition preparations.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent oral English, good communication skills. Please indicate your foreign language skills in your application form.
  2. Passion, carefulness, patience, strong sense of responsibility;
  3. At least one entire workday you could have, more time is preferred;
  4. Relevant art background is preferred.

Unoccupied on weekdays, weekends or holidays, and hoping to do something meaningful;
Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Shanghai dialect, as well as basics of a second foreign language;
Talkative, but in fact just willing to share;
Highly responsible, committed, and eager to find out answers to everything;
Energetic, healthy and born with natural amiability.

Regular Recruitment: PSA Volunteers

Requirements:
Passionate about contemporary art, open, amiable, and responsible;
Aged between 14 to 65 (Volunteers for positions other than “Little Bee” must be at least 18)
Able to guarantee volunteer services at least once a week;
Able to follow all PSA rules, and willing to join all volunteer trainings and events;

Job Description:
Exhibition Services: Onsite Visitor Guidance, Exhibit Caretaking, Chinese/English Guided Tours, “Little Bee” Student Tours;
Special Talents: Translation, Photography/Videography, Lecture Material Management, Exhibition Arrangement Support;
Administrative Support: Office File/Material Processing, Pre-Event Liaison, Onsite Support, Data Management;
